Responsibilities
- Operate powered industrial trucks (Forklifts) to load, unload, and move materials within the warehouse.
- Pick and pack customer orders with precision, speed, and accuracy to meet daily targets.
- Conduct daily inventory counts and cycle counts to ensure stock accuracy.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by adhering to all safety protocols.
- Collaborate with team leads to identify areas for operational improvement.
- Assist in the loading and unloading of shipping trucks during peak times.
Qualifications
- Ability to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM) and weekends.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required for immediate consideration.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Must possess a valid driver's license and be able to stand for extended periods.
