Responsibilities
- Execute daily receiving, order picking, packing, and shipping tasks with precision and efficiency.
- Maintain accurate inventory records using our warehouse management system (WMS).
- Ensure all safety protocols and operational standards are strictly followed at all times.
- Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and legally.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to ensure a smooth transition and flow of inventory.
- Perform quality control checks on outgoing shipments to prevent errors and returns.
- Keep the warehouse organized and free of hazards to ensure a safe work environment.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to work rotating night shifts (typically 10:00 PM - 7:00 AM).
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly and standing for long periods.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with barcode scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to workplace safety.
