Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate nightly warehouse operations including receiving, stocking, and shipping activities
- Train and lead team of warehouse associates, ensuring adherence to safety protocols
- Monitor inventory levels using WMS systems and reconcile discrepancies
- Optimize workflow efficiency and implement process improvements
- Conduct pre-shift briefings and post-shift performance reviews
- Collaborate with day shift managers for operational continuity
- Enforce OSHA compliance and maintain clean, organized workspace
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years warehouse/supervisory experience or relevant logistics degree
- Proficiency with WMS software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and RF scanners
- Strong leadership skills with ability to motivate night shift teams
- OSHA 10 certification preferred or willingness to obtain immediately
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays as needed
- Valid California driver's license with clean record
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
