Responsibilities
- Execute picking, packing, and shipping orders with a high degree of accuracy.
- Operate material handling equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Conduct quality control checks to ensure product integrity and proper packaging.
- Collaborate effectively with the night shift team to meet daily production targets and quotas.
- Perform basic inventory counts and cycle counts as directed by management.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Ability to stand, bend, twist, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required.
- Reliable transportation and a proven track record of punctual attendance.
- Willingness to work rotating night shifts (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Strong work ethic and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
