Responsibilities
- Load and unload freight from trailers and trucks using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Inventory Management: Accurately scan and track incoming and outgoing stock using handheld scanners.
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with precision and speed.
- Equipment Operation: Perform routine safety checks and basic maintenance on warehouse equipment.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and company guidelines at all times.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure packaging meets quality standards.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with morning shift supervisors to ensure seamless operations.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM).
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Reliability: Strong work history with a focus on punctuality and attendance.
- Background Check: Must pass a criminal background check and drug screening.
- Education: High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required; training provided.
- Technical Skills: Basic computer literacy and ability to operate barcode scanners.
