What You Will Do:
- Load, unload, and transport materials within the warehouse facility.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely.
- Verify incoming shipments for accuracy and quality control.
- Pack and label products for shipment using proper packaging materials.
- Utilize RF scanners to track inventory and update digital logs.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and OSHA-compliant workspace at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads to ensure daily production goals are met.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to operate handheld scanning devices.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
