What You Will Do:
As a Night Shift Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our supply chain runs smoothly. Your primary focus will be on accuracy and efficiency in our fulfillment center.
Responsibilities
- Picking and Packing: Accurately select, pack, and prepare orders for shipping using handheld scanners.
- Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels and assist in inventory counts to ensure accuracy.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse machinery.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure packaging meets company standards.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety regulations and OSHA guidelines while working.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with shift supervisors and team members to meet daily targets.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work rotating night shifts (typically 10:00 PM - 7:00 AM or 11:00 PM - 8:00 AM).
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy and minimizing errors.
- Background Check: Must pass a standard background check.
- Communication: Basic English proficiency and ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work overtime during peak seasons.
