Job Overview
As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in our supply chain operations. You will ensure our products are processed, packed, and shipped efficiently and accurately.
Responsibilities
- Loading & Unloading: Safely load and unload trucks using industrial equipment and hand trucks.
- Picking & Packing: Locate items in the warehouse and prepare them for shipment using appropriate packaging materials.
- Inventory Management: Assist in cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory records.
- Equipment Operation: Operate pallet jacks, forklifts, and scanners safely and according to OSHA guidelines.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols to maintain a clean and hazard-free work environment.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team leads and other associates to meet daily production goals.
Qualifications
- Physical Ability: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Reliability: Must be punctual and have a consistent work history.
- Transportation: Reliable personal transportation to and from the Houston facility.
- Background Check: Must pass a criminal background check and drug screening.
- Experience: Prior warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but we provide training for motivated candidates.
