Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other heavy machinery safely and efficiently.
- Execute picking, packing, and shipping orders with a focus on 99.9% accuracy.
- Conduct rigorous quality control checks on all outgoing inventory.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and OSHA-compliant warehouse floor at all times.
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and report any hazardous conditions immediately.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to ensure seamless inventory turnover and workflow continuity.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Ability to work rotating night shifts (10:00 PM – 6:00 AM).
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly and standing for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and proficiency in data entry systems.
- Willingness to obtain forklift certification (we provide paid training).
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
