Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and stage incoming shipments using RF scanners
- Pick and pack orders with zero-error precision for next-day delivery
- Operate electric pallet jacks and material handling equipment safely
- Conduct daily inventory counts and cycle count verification
- Maintain clean, organized work areas per OSHA standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve logistical issues
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company procedures
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months warehouse or logistics experience required
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs regularly and stand for 8+ hours
- Forklift certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
