As a Night Shift Associate, you will play a crucial role in our operations, maintaining efficiency and safety standards when the facility is at its busiest.
Responsibilities
- Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, with precision and safety.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently, ensuring accurate inventory tracking.
- Perform cycle counts and reconcile stock discrepancies to maintain accuracy.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Communicate effectively with day-shift supervisors and team members.
- Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED is required.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Ability to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Basic computer literacy and data entry skills.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Must pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen.
