Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and stage freight accurately according to shipping manifests.
- Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Perform cycle counts and inventory adjustments using our Warehouse Management System (WMS).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment throughout the shift.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve logistical bottlenecks.
- Adhere to strict quality control and safety protocols at all times.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Ability to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn proprietary software quickly.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Must be willing to pass a background check and drug screen.
