Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick, pack, and ship customer orders according to strict quality standards.
- Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels, conduct cycle counts, and maintain accurate stock records using WMS systems.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate pallet jacks, forklifts (if certified), and other material handling equipment.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure proper packaging to prevent shipping errors.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and company guidelines to maintain a hazard-free work environment.
- Warehouse Maintenance: Keep the workspace organized, clean, and free of debris to ensure efficient workflow.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM or 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM).
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required; we provide on-the-job training.
- Attention to Detail: Strong ability to follow instructions and maintain high accuracy in data entry and picking.
- Reliability: Proven track record of punctuality and attendance.
- Communication: Basic English proficiency and ability to communicate effectively with team leads.
