Responsibilities
- Unload and sort inbound shipments with accuracy and efficiency
- Pick, pack, and label customer orders for timely dispatch
- Operate material handling equipment (forklift, pallet jack) safely
- Perform inventory counts and maintain organized storage areas
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA standards
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals
- Report equipment malfunctions and maintenance needs promptly
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Basic math skills and attention to detail
- Availability to work overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- Proficient with warehouse management systems (WMS) a plus
