As a Night Shift Associate, you will ensure our distribution network operates smoothly during the evening hours. You will be responsible for managing inventory, fulfilling orders, and maintaining a safe, organized workspace.
Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders to meet daily production targets.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and handheld scanners.
- Inventory Management: Conduct regular cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory records.
- Quality Control: Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for damage or discrepancies.
- Workspace Maintenance: Keep the warehouse floor organized, clean, and free of hazards.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with the day shift team to ensure seamless workflow transitions.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but we provide on-the-job training for the right candidates.
- Availability: Must be available to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Skills: Strong attention to detail, basic computer literacy, and time management skills.
- Certification: Valid forklift certification (Class A/B) is preferred but not mandatory.
