Responsibilities
- Operate Equipment: Safely load, unload, and move products using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Picking & Packing: Accurately pick, pack, and label orders to ensure timely delivery to our clients.
- Inventory Management: Assist with cycle counts and inventory audits to maintain stock accuracy.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines to maintain a secure work environment.
- Organization: Keep the warehouse floor organized and tidy to optimize workflow and efficiency.
- System Support: Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) to track shipments and status updates.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required; on-the-job training provided.
- Availability: Must be available to work rotating night shifts (10:00 PM – 6:00 AM).
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Reliability: Must have a reliable form of transportation and pass a background check.
- Communication: Basic computer literacy and ability to communicate effectively with team members.
