Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders with high accuracy and speed to meet daily targets.
- Load and unload freight from trailers using pallet jacks, forklifts, and manual labor.
- Inspect products for quality and damage before processing shipments.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment at all times.
- Operate handheld scanning devices to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Collaborate with team leads to resolve workflow issues efficiently.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA regulations.
Qualifications
- Ability to work rotating night shifts (6:00 PM to 6:00 AM).
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Basic math skills and the ability to read labels and barcodes.
- Physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Valid forklift certification is a plus but we will train the right candidate.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
- Reliable transportation is required.
