Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
- Load and unload freight trucks, verifying contents against shipping documents.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in strict compliance with OSHA standards.
- Perform inventory counts and manage stock rotation to prevent spoilage or damage.
- Collaborate with day-shift staff to ensure seamless operational handovers.
- Adhere to all company safety protocols and quality assurance procedures.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Physical ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required.
- Flexibility to work rotating night shifts (11:00 PM – 7:00 AM).
- Strong attention to detail and basic computer skills.
