What You Will Do
As a Night Shift Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our supply chain operates smoothly after hours. Your accuracy and efficiency will directly impact our delivery timelines.
Responsibilities
- Receive, verify, and stock incoming merchandise with high accuracy to minimize errors.
- Operate heavy warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, while adhering to strict safety protocols.
- Pack, label, and prepare outbound orders for shipping carriers.
- Perform cycle counts and inventory reconciliation using our Warehouse Management System (WMS).
- Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Collaborate with the morning shift team to ensure a seamless handover of operations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not mandatory; we provide on-the-job training.
- Ability to work flexible night shifts (typically 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM or 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM).
- Physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new software quickly.
