Responsibilities
- Efficiently sort, scan, and prepare packages for overnight shipping.
- Operate warehouse machinery, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and according to protocols.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and ensure accurate stock levels are maintained.
- Collaborate with the night shift team to meet daily operational targets and deadlines.
- Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and company policies.
- Assist in loading and unloading freight trucks with precision and care.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with handheld scanners (training provided).
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including nights and weekends.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not required for qualified candidates.
