Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Safely load, unload, and stage materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Inventory Management: Organize stock in the warehouse, ensuring accurate counts and efficient placement.
- Packaging: Properly package and label products for shipment to ensure damage-free delivery.
- Quality Control: Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for accuracy and condition.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform basic cleaning and safety checks on warehouse equipment.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies at all times.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available for full-time shifts (Day/Night/Weekend options available).
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Reliability: A proven track record of punctuality and attendance.
- Documentation: Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Communication: Basic reading and writing skills to follow safety instructions and log work.
- Driving: Valid Driver's License is a plus but not required for the warehouse role.
