Responsibilities
- Load and Unload: Safely and efficiently load and unload trucks using proper equipment, ensuring cargo security.
- Picking & Packing: Accurately pick and pack orders to meet daily production targets and quality standards.
- Inventory Control: Monitor inventory levels and assist in cycle counts to maintain accurate stock records.
- Equipment Operation: Operate powered industrial trucks (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) and RF scanners as required by certification.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and company policies to maintain a hazard-free workspace.
- Organization: Keep workstations and storage areas clean, organized, and orderly at all times.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work night shifts (typically 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Reliability: Proven track record of punctuality and dependability in a previous role.
- Communication: Basic ability to read and comprehend instructions and communicate effectively with team leads.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required; on-the-job training provided.
- Forklift Certification: Forklift certification (OSHA compliant) is a strong plus but not mandatory.
