Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment (Reach Truck, Order Picker) to move, locate, and stack merchandise.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently to ensure timely shipping and receiving schedules.
- Conduct daily safety inspections of equipment and warehouse areas to maintain compliance.
- Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate stock counts using handheld scanners.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and resolve logistical bottlenecks.
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA regulations at all times.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Valid forklift certification (Class A or B) preferred; training available for qualified candidates.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (up to 10 hours).
- Basic math skills for inventory management and scanning.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Milwaukee facility.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
