Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and organize incoming and outgoing shipments accurately and efficiently.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks safely.
- Perform cycle counts and inventory audits to maintain stock accuracy.
- Pick and pack orders according to specific customer requirements and shipping labels.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Assist in the physical movement of materials and products within the warehouse facility.
- Report any damaged goods, equipment issues, or safety hazards to the Shift Manager immediately.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or manufacturing is preferred.
- Ability to work night shifts (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM) and weekends as required.
- Basic math skills for inventory and order processing.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Forklift certification is a plus but not required for all roles.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
