Responsibilities
- Load and unload shipments accurately using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Pick and pack orders according to specific customer requirements and inventory systems.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing goods for damage or quality issues.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Operate handheld scanners and warehouse management software (WMS) efficiently.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 50+ pounds repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols.
- Valid driver's license (not always required for indoor roles).
