Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Efficiently pick, pack, and ship customer orders to ensure 100% accuracy and on-time delivery.
- Inventory Management: Conduct regular cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory records within the warehouse system.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate powered industrial equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyor systems.
- Load & Unload: Receive incoming freight and load outbound trucks efficiently, ensuring proper safety protocols are followed.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and company policies to maintain a hazard-free work environment.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and report any discrepancies immediately to the shift supervisor.
Qualifications
- Schedule Availability: Must be available to work rotating night shifts (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but we provide training for motivated candidates.
- Reliability: Strong work ethic and a commitment to showing up on time every shift.
- Attention to Detail: Must be detail-oriented to ensure inventory accuracy and order correctness.
- Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
