Responsibilities
- Accurately process, pack, and ship inventory using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Maintain organized stock rotation and FIFO compliance in 50,000 sq ft facility
- Operate electric pallet jacks and forklifts safely after OSHA-certified training
- Perform quality control checks to meet 99.5% accuracy standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational bottlenecks
- Complete daily cycle counts and inventory reconciliation reports
- Adhere to all safety protocols including PPE requirements and emergency procedures
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification or ability to obtain within 30 days
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and stand/walk 8+ hours per shift
- Proficiency with basic computer systems and mobile devices
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Availability to work 10 PM - 6 AM, Monday-Friday with weekend flexibility
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
- High school diploma or equivalent required
