Responsibilities
- Load and unload trucks efficiently using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Manage inventory levels, ensuring accuracy in stock counts and maintaining organized storage areas.
- Perform quality assurance checks on incoming and outgoing merchandise.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly warehouse environment in strict compliance with OSHA standards.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to ensure seamless operational handovers.
- Operate warehouse management systems (WMS) for accurate tracking of shipments.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not mandatory; on-the-job training provided.
- Ability to work rotating night shifts (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM or 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM).
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong commitment to workplace safety, punctuality, and teamwork.
