Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming freight against shipping documents for accuracy and damage.
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to load and unload trucks safely and efficiently.
- Pick, pack, and stage orders using the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by adhering to OSHA standards.
- Conduct regular cycle counts and inventory reconciliation to ensure stock accuracy.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and meet daily production targets.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Ability to work rotating night shifts (11:00 PM - 7:00 AM) and weekends.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn WMS software.
- Must pass a criminal background check and pre-employment drug screen.
- Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not mandatory for qualified candidates.
