Responsibilities
- Efficiently sort, scan, and package incoming shipments according to company protocols
- Operate powered industrial equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) with precision and safety
- Maintain accurate inventory records using WMS systems and digital scanners
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless workflow transitions
- Adhere to OSHA safety standards and maintain clean, organized workstations
- Participate in cycle counts and inventory reconciliation processes
- Support quality control initiatives to meet customer satisfaction targets
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- OSHA forklift certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory software
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Valid Colorado driver's license (if operating company vehicles)
- Flexibility to work weekends and overtime as needed
