Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship customer orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Operate powered industrial equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) with proper safety protocols
- Perform inventory counts and maintain organized storage areas to optimize workflow
- Inspect products for quality assurance and report discrepancies to supervisors
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational challenges
- Adhere to OSHA safety standards and company security procedures
- Assist in loading/unloading trucks and staging shipments for next-day delivery
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred (training provided for motivated candidates)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds frequently and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Valid driver's license and forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order processing
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn warehouse technology systems
- Flexible schedule availability including weekends and holidays
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screening
- Team player with excellent communication skills in English
