Responsibilities
- Perform accurate inventory counts and cycle counts to maintain stock accuracy.
- Operate forklifts and warehouse machinery (reach trucks, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently.
- Load and unload freight trucks in a timely manner while adhering to safety protocols.
- Sort, organize, and stock merchandise on shelves and pallets.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Assist in the preparation of shipments and documentation.
- Follow all company policies and OSHA safety guidelines.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10 PM - 6 AM).
- Strong attention to detail and basic computer literacy.
- Valid driver's license may be required depending on specific role.
