Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) with OSHA compliance
- Perform inventory counts and cycle counts to maintain 99.5% accuracy
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve fulfillment bottlenecks
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas per OSHA standards
- Train on new technologies and process improvements during shift
Qualifications
- 1+ years warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- OSHA Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and stand/walk 8+ hours
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Basic computer literacy and experience with handheld scanners
- Reliable transportation to Great Oaks Pkwy facility
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
