Responsibilities
- Efficiently sort, pack, and ship orders in a fast-paced warehouse environment
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and responsibly
- Maintain accurate inventory counts using digital tracking systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Adhere to all safety protocols and quality control standards
- Assist with unloading inbound shipments and organizing stock

Qualifications
- Availability to work weekends (Saturday/Sunday) with flexible daytime shifts
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Basic computer literacy for inventory management systems

- Reliable transportation to our Louisville facility
- Willingness to complete paid forklift certification upon hire
