Responsibilities
- Accurately process inbound/outbound shipments using RF scanners
- Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counting and audits
- Operate powered industrial equipment (forklift, pallet jack) safely
- Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and company procedures
- Collaborate with day shift teams for seamless transition
- Perform quality checks on products before shipment
- Document all warehouse activities in digital systems
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience required
- Valid forklift certification preferred (training available)
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and stand/walk 8+ hours
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Basic computer proficiency with inventory systems
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
- Flexibility to work weekends/holidays as needed
