Responsibilities
- Resolve incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat during night hours.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues for end-users.
- Document all interactions and resolutions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the day-shift team to ensure seamless handovers.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Assist in the onboarding and training of new night shift staff.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree preferred).
- Previous customer support experience is a plus, but we will train the right candidate.
- Basic computer literacy and typing skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Denver office.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
