Responsibilities
- Oversee 15+ night shift team members, ensuring safety protocols and productivity standards
- Coordinate inbound/outbound logistics using WMS systems and barcode scanners
- Conduct pre-shift safety briefings and equipment inspections
- Resolve operational issues and escalate complex problems to management
- Train new hires on warehouse procedures and safety compliance
- Maintain accurate inventory records and cycle count documentation
- Collaborate with day shift supervisors for seamless transition
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience in 24/7 operations
- OSHA 10 certification and forklift operator license
- Proficiency in WMS software (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent)
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- High school diploma or equivalent (college preferred)
- Valid Kansas driver's license with clean record
- Experience with OSHA compliance and safety audits
