Responsibilities
- Oversee 15-20 warehouse staff during overnight operations (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Monitor inventory management and order fulfillment accuracy
- Implement safety protocols and ensure OSHA compliance
- Coordinate with day-shift teams for seamless operational transitions
- Resolve operational issues and maintain workflow efficiency
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback
- Prepare daily productivity reports for management review
- Train new hires on equipment operation and company procedures
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years warehouse/supervisory experience
- Strong knowledge of inventory management systems
- OSHA certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Spanish bilingual preferred but not required
