Responsibilities
- Monitor and operate machinery and production lines during night hours to ensure continuous workflow.
- Conduct rigorous quality control inspections to ensure all products meet company standards.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to all safety protocols and OSHA regulations.
- Accurately manage inventory levels and document daily logs and shift reports.
- Perform routine maintenance checks on equipment and report any malfunctions to the supervisor immediately.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to ensure seamless transition and continuity of operations.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; technical certification preferred.
- Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or manufacturing is a plus.
- Must be available to work night shifts (e.g., 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
