Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct rigorous quality control inspections on all finished products to ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Monitor production lines during the night shift to identify and resolve defects immediately.
- Maintain accurate logs of quality data and report anomalies to the shift supervisor.
- Enforce all safety protocols and OSHA regulations to ensure a secure work environment.
- Collaborate with the production team to optimize workflow and reduce waste.
- Perform basic maintenance on inspection equipment and keep the work area organized.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED required; technical certification is a plus.
- Previous experience in manufacturing, warehousing, or quality assurance preferred.
- Ability to work the 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM schedule consistently.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality workmanship.
- Basic computer literacy for data entry and reporting.
- Physically capable of standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 lbs for extended periods.
