Responsibilities
- Oversee 15+ team members during night shift operations
- Ensure OSHA compliance and safety protocols implementation
- Optimize production workflow for maximum efficiency
- Conduct quality control inspections and corrective actions
- Manage inventory control and equipment maintenance schedules
- Train new hires on machinery operation procedures
- Prepare shift reports for daily management briefings
Qualifications
- 3+ years manufacturing supervision experience
- OSHA 30-hour certification required
- Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing principles
- Ability to troubleshoot hydraulic/pneumatic systems
- Excellent conflict resolution and leadership skills
- Must pass pre-employment background check
- Willingness to work rotating weekends when needed
