Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment during overnight shifts
- Perform quality inspections and documentation per ISO standards
- Assemble components with precision using hand/power tools
- Maintain clean and organized workstations per 5S methodology
- Collaborate with team leads to resolve production issues
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols
- Report equipment malfunctions to maintenance team
- Complete shift reports and production logs accurately
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 1 year manufacturing experience preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Basic math and measurement skills
- Strong attention to detail and quality focus
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
- Availability to work 10 PM - 6 AM schedule
