Responsibilities
- Monitor patient vital signs and document observations accurately
- Assist patients with daily activities including bathing, dressing, and mobility
- Respond to patient calls and provide timely assistance throughout the night
- Collaborate with nursing staff to implement care plans
- Maintain a clean, organized patient environment
- Administer basic treatments under supervision
- Participate in shift handoffs and report critical changes
Qualifications
- Current CNA or EMT certification required
- Minimum 1 year night shift experience preferred
- BLS/CPR certification mandatory
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Strong communication and observational skills
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Miami-Dade County residency a plus
