Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations, inventory management, and logistics flow during the night shift.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and OSHA regulations to maintain a secure working environment.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of warehouse associates to maximize productivity and efficiency.
- Conduct nightly quality control checks and manage stock discrepancies with precision.
- Collaborate with day shift management to ensure seamless handover of operations and inventory status.
- Resolve operational issues in real-time, ensuring minimal downtime and maintaining workflow continuity.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Logistics or Business preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or supply chain management.
- Proven leadership experience, preferably within a night shift or 24-hour operational setting.
- Strong knowledge of inventory management software and warehouse management systems (WMS).
- Ability to work flexible night shifts, including weekends and holidays as required.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
