Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations during the night shift to ensure timely order fulfillment and accuracy.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with day-shift teams to prevent stock shortages and optimize stock rotation.
- Ensure strict adherence to all safety protocols and company policies at all times.
- Operate material handling equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently.
- Conduct quality control checks on incoming and outgoing shipments to maintain high standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to maximize operational efficiency.
- Assist in training new hires and document shift reports accurately using our ERP systems.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; technical certification in logistics is a plus.
- Previous experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or inventory management is preferred.
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and proven problem-solving skills.
- Reliable transportation to and from the facility.
