Responsibilities

- Address and resolve operational issues or customer complaints that arise during the night.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Track performance metrics and report daily progress to management.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in logistics, warehousing, or customer service preferred.
- Ability to work flexible night shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to pass a background check.
- Basic computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Valid driver’s license is a plus.
