Responsibilities
- Direct and supervise daily warehouse activities during the night shift to maximize productivity and throughput.
- Monitor inventory accuracy and coordinate stock replenishment with day shift operations.
- Enforce strict safety protocols and OSHA compliance to maintain a secure work environment.
- Conduct nightly safety briefings and handle incident reporting and resolution.
- Train, coach, and evaluate warehouse associates to ensure high performance and retention.
- Manage equipment maintenance schedules, including forklifts and conveyor systems.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's degree in Logistics or Business preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in warehouse operations, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or lead capacity.
- Valid Forklift certification is required.
- Strong ability to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM) without compromising safety or accuracy.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to make quick, data-driven decisions.
- Proficient in using warehouse management software (WMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
