Responsibilities
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot technical issues during off-hours.
- Respond to and resolve customer support tickets with high efficiency and accuracy.
- Maintain accurate logs and documentation of all system events and incidents.
- Collaborate with day-shift teams to ensure seamless operational continuity.
- Assist in implementing process improvements for the night shift workflow.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in customer support or IT operations preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts (11:00 PM - 7:00 AM).
