Responsibilities
- Perform diagnostic tests and analyze patient samples overnight
- Operate advanced laboratory equipment with precision
- Document results accurately in electronic health records
- Collaborate with on-call physicians during critical situations

Qualifications
- Associate degree in Medical Technology or related field
- Current Florida Medical Technologist license (MLT/MLS)
- Minimum 1 year night shift experience preferred
- Certification in phlebotomy or ECG required
- Strong attention to detail and critical thinking skills
- Ability to work independently during overnight hours
- Excellent communication and documentation abilities
