Responsibilities
- Monitor and operate manufacturing equipment and machinery during the night shift.
- Perform rigorous quality control checks to ensure product standards are met.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in compliance with OSHA regulations.
- Identify and report equipment malfunctions or safety hazards immediately.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth production flow.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or General Equivalency Diploma (GED) preferred.
- Ability to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM).
- Basic math and reading comprehension skills.
- Previous experience in manufacturing, warehousing, or production is a plus but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to workplace safety.
